Assault Stafford Virginia in Stafford, Virginia: A Fredericksburg man was arrested after deputies said an argument escalated into a physical altercation on Warrenton Road in Stafford County, Virginia. Deputies responded at about 1:31 p.m. on June 30 to a reported disturbance and observed visible marks on the victim. The suspect, 57-year-old Randall Hulburt of Fredericksburg, admitted to pushing the victim and was charged with assault and battery, then released on an unsecured bond.
