Vehicle Fire Junior West Virginia in Junior, West Virginia: Four adults died in a residential structure fire late Wednesday night at 355 West River Avenue in Junior, Barbour County, West Virginia. Barbour County 911 received the fire report at 10:41 p.m., with callers reporting people trapped inside. Firefighters found the front of the home engulfed in flames and located four unresponsive adults — two men and two women — inside; all attempts to revive them were unsuccessful. State Fire Marshal investigators determined the fire originated on the home's front porch, where remnants of used consumer-grade fireworks had been improperly discarded into a trash bag that ignited, blocking the occupants' exit.
