Dui Crash Apopka Florida in Apopka, Florida: A Florida mother was arrested on DUI charges after her six-year-old daughter was found waving down passing drivers on the shoulder of a busy highway in Orange County. The Apopka Police Department responded around 7:30 p.m. on June 30 to reports of a child on the shoulder near SR-414 and SR-451, where they found the mother, identified as Joelle Service, 33, confused and disoriented in the driver's seat. Service provided two breath samples testing at 0.155 and 0.149, both above the legal limit of 0.08, and was arrested on charges of DUI with a breath alcohol level of 0.15 or higher with a person under 18 in the vehicle and child neglect without great bodily harm. She was released from jail on July 1 on a $2,000 cash bond.
