Fire at Wooster motel kills three trapped in room
Vehicle Fire Wooster Ohio in Wooster, Ohio: A fire at a motel in Wooster, Ohio trapped residents in a room, killing three people inside. Flames were shooting through the motel's roof when firefighters arrived at around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday, according to Wooster Township Fire Chief Dallas Terrell. A motel employee told WEWS-TV that a man who was trapped called the front desk saying they could not get out, and that two of the people who died worked at the motel. Firefighters made several attempts to reach the trapped people; no one else was injured, and the cause is under investigation.
