Dui Crash New York Today in New York: Michael Peña, a fired firefighter, pleaded guilty to two manslaughter charges for a drug-fueled drunk driving crash in East Elmhurst, Queens, that killed 23-year-old Justin Diaz. Peña blew through a red light at 83 mph and T-boned Diaz's BMW while Diaz was on his way to his baggage-handling job at LaGuardia Airport.
