Evansville man arrested after stolen truck crash on St. Joe…

Car Crash Evansville Indiana in Evansville, Indiana: A 39-year-old Evansville man, James Whitledge, was arrested after police say he tried to make a U-turn in the middle of St. Joe Avenue near Mesker Park Zoo and Mt. Auburn Road in a stolen truck and trailer, causing an SUV to crash into him. The vehicle had been reported stolen about 20 minutes before the crash. Whitledge was booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail on multiple charges.
