Pedestrian Hit San Francisco California in San Francisco, California: An elderly driver struck an adult pushing a child in a stroller on Sacramento Street near Powell Street on the edge of San Francisco's Chinatown around 3:45 p.m. Wednesday. The adult and child were taken to a hospital with minor to moderate injuries. The driver was also injured but declined transport to the hospital. Drugs or alcohol reportedly do not appear to have been factors in the crash.
