Driver killed in single-vehicle crash on US 23 in Pike Coun…

Car Crash Kentucky Today in Pikeville, Kentucky: Kentucky State Police Post 9 investigated a single-vehicle fatal collision in Pike County. Paul Bisbee was driving a 1988 Dodge Ram SUV southbound on US 23 in the Pikeville community when the vehicle crossed into the northbound lanes and struck a concrete bridge wall. Bisbee was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Pike County Coroner's Office. The collision remains under investigation by Trooper Braxton Whitmore.
