Car Crash Kentucky Today in Pikeville, Kentucky: A fatal single-vehicle crash occurred on U.S. 23 in the Pikeville community of Pike County, Kentucky, on Wednesday afternoon, according to Kentucky State Police. The driver, Paul Bisbee, was traveling southbound when his vehicle crossed into the northbound lanes and struck the concrete bridge wall. Bisbee was pronounced dead at the scene by the Pike County Coroner's Office. The crash remains under investigation.
