Car Crash Pikeville Kentucky in Pikeville, Kentucky: A fatal single-vehicle crash occurred on U.S. 23 in the Pikeville community of Pike County, Kentucky, on Wednesday afternoon just after 3:50 p.m. Kentucky State Police say the driver, Paul Bisbee, was traveling southbound when his vehicle crossed into the northbound lanes and struck a concrete bridge wall. Bisbee was pronounced dead at the scene by the Pike County Coroner's Office. The crash remains under investigation.
