Car Crash Wisconsin Today in Wisconsin: A single-vehicle rollover crash occurred on State Highway 27 near Dallas Avenue in the Township of Little Falls, Monroe County, Wisconsin, when an SUV traveling north at a high rate of speed entered a ditch and rolled over. Both occupants were injured and appeared to be under the influence of alcohol; they were transported by ambulance to Black River Memorial Hospital for treatment. The driver, Jerald Smith of La Crosse, was arrested after being discharged from the hospital for his 9th OWI offense along with additional felony and misdemeanor charges.
