Car Crash Colonie New York in Colonie, New York: Colonie police said a Cadillac SUV driver was arrested after a two-vehicle crash seriously injured two people riding a motorcycle. Investigators said the Cadillac crossed into the motorcycle's lane and struck the bike. Both motorcycle riders were found hurt in the road and taken to Albany Medical Center with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The Cadillac was found stopped about a quarter mile from the crash scene, and its driver was also taken to Albany Medical Center for a medical complaint. The driver, identified as William Mackey, was arrested on a charge of second-degree assault and remains in custody pending arraignment.
