Assault Chillicothe Missouri in Chillicothe, Missouri: Michael Shane Hill of Chillicothe was charged with one count of domestic assault in the third degree, a Class E felony, after Chillicothe Police Department officers responded to a reported domestic assault at a residence in the 200 block of Second Street on the evening of June 30, 2026. Officers documented visible injuries on the alleged victim, including scratches, abrasions, and marks on the neck and shoulder, and allege the assault involved repeated strikes, choking, hair pulling, and forcing the victim to the floor.
