Shooting Chicago Illinois in Chicago, Illinois: A 56-year-old Chicago man, Edward Boyd, was arrested and charged with attempted murder after allegedly shooting a 28-year-old man during a road rage incident on Chicago's South Side. Police said the victim was driving when he got into an argument with Boyd, who was in a black SUV, and was then struck by a gunshot in his rear shoulder. The victim was taken to the University of Chicago Hospital in good condition. Boyd fled east on 76th Street and was arrested nearly 24 hours later in the 9600 block of South Western Avenue in Evergreen Park.
