Shooting North Lauderdale Florida in North Lauderdale, Florida: Bart Diguglielmo, a 62-year-old Florida Army veteran, was fatally shot around 12:28 p.m. on Tuesday in the parking lot of a Walmart on West McNab Road in North Lauderdale following an argument over a parking space with an adult woman. The woman remained at the scene and told Broward Sheriff's Office detectives she acted in self-defense. Diguglielmo was transported to Broward Health Medical Center, where he later died from his injuries. Homicide detectives said the case will be presented to the Broward County State Attorney's Office to determine whether criminal charges will be filed.
