Car Crash San Francisco California in San Francisco, California: An adult and a child in a stroller were struck by a vehicle in San Francisco's Nob Hill neighborhood on Wednesday afternoon around 3:45 p.m. at Sacramento and Powell streets. Both victims were taken to the hospital with minor to moderate injuries. The elderly driver of the vehicle was also injured but was not transported to the hospital. Police do not believe drugs or alcohol were factors in the crash.
