Car Crash Westchester New York in Westchester, New York: A 92-year-old woman who was reported missing Tuesday evening was found dead inside her overturned vehicle off Interstate 684 in Westchester County, New York. State Police began investigating a missing person report at about 7:30 p.m. after she left the park-and-ride lot at Exit 4 of I-684 in Mount Kisco and drove south on the highway. At about 10:30 p.m., troopers located her gray Toyota Camry overturned about 30 feet off the shoulder of southbound I-684 near mile marker 0.9.
