Hit And Run Tulsa Oklahoma in Tulsa, Oklahoma: Tulsa police arrested 74-year-old Robert Spellman after he allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign while driving a pickup truck west on East 52nd Street, pulling into the path of a northbound Dodge Charger on Riverside Drive. Witnesses said Spellman briefly paused after the collision, looked toward the injured driver, and then drove away. Officers found a 21-year-old man inside the Charger with a piece of metal lodged in his chest. A witness followed Spellman to an apartment complex, and about an hour later Spellman returned to the scene in a different vehicle before being taken to a hospital for medical clearance and booked into the Tulsa County Jail on a complaint of leaving the scene of an injury collision.
