Car Crash St Louis Missouri in St Louis, Missouri: Joshua Hoffman, 42, of Arnold, Missouri, died following a single-vehicle crash on Wednesday, July 1, on Hwy. 141 north of Schneider Drive between Fenton and Arnold. At 7:30 a.m., Hoffman was driving a southbound 2019 Chrysler Pacifica when he traveled off the right side of the road and struck a culvert, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. He was pronounced dead in St. Louis County at 8:40 a.m. The Highway Patrol no longer publishes names of those involved in accidents.
