Car Crash York County Virginia in York County, Virginia: A 27-year-old Newport News man was killed in a single-vehicle crash early Wednesday morning on Interstate 64 in York County, Virginia. Virginia State Police said troopers responded around 4:33 a.m. to the westbound lanes of I-64 near the 237-mile marker. The driver, identified as Tyrique Gilliam, died from his injuries. A 20-year-old woman riding in the vehicle suffered minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment. The crash remains under investigation.
