Shooting New York Today in New York: A 24-year-old woman, identified as Tatiana Pettus, was fatally shot inside a Flatbush apartment building late Tuesday night. Police responded to a report of a shooting at 2817 Foster Ave. and found the woman with a gunshot wound to her neck. EMS transported her to Kings County Hospital, where she was pronounced dead. Police believe the shooting was domestic in nature and are looking for the victim's boyfriend as a person of interest; no arrests had been made as of Wednesday morning.
