Drowning Lake Mills Wisconsin in Lake Mills, Wisconsin: A 14-year-old boy from Madison died after drowning in Rock Lake at Sandy Beach Park in Lake Mills, Wisconsin. A report for a missing swimmer came in around 3:20 p.m. on Sunday, and first responders searched the swimming area where the teen was last seen. Police said the swimmer was not wearing a life jacket when he was found. The Lake Mills Police Department is investigating.
