Hit And Run San Diego California in San Diego, California: A driver of a black Mercedes-Benz was detained by law enforcement after allegedly fleeing a traffic stop and driving the wrong way on westbound Interstate 8 in the College Area of San Diego. The driver traveled east in the westbound lanes before crashing into several vehicles on the southbound College Avenue on-ramp to westbound I-8 just before 10:45 a.m. San Diego Fire-Rescue transported four people to the hospital, two of them in critical condition. The California Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
