Car Crash Tuscarawas Ohio in Tuscarawas, Ohio: A Polaris side-by-side utility vehicle occupied by two 14-year-olds was traveling northbound on Township Road 203 in Clay Township, Tuscarawas County, Ohio, around 1:05 p.m. on Tuesday when it traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned, ejecting both teens. One juvenile was pronounced dead at the scene. Neither teen was wearing a seatbelt or helmet. The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
