Troy woman identified after drowning in Clyde River in West…

Drowning West Charleston Vermont in West Charleston, Vermont: Nicole Richardson, 39, of Troy, who had been reported missing since Friday, was found unresponsive in the Clyde River in West Charleston on Tuesday evening. She was taken from the river by ambulance and pronounced dead at North Country Hospital. Vermont State Police reported the drowning on June 30, 2026.
