Car Crash Muhlenberg Kentucky in Muhlenberg, Kentucky: Three people were killed in a crossover crash in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. Kentucky State Police said the accident happened on Sunday at the intersection of Hwy 431 and Power Plant Drive, approximately six miles north of Central City. A Nissan sedan driven by 35-year-old Whitney Duarte of Central City was traveling south on Hwy 431 when it crossed the center line and collided with a Ford pickup driven by 56-year-old Kevin Latham of Bremen. Duarte, Latham, and a passenger in the Ford, 67-year-old Joey Watkins of Central City, were pronounced deceased at the scene by the Muhlenberg County Coroner's Office. The investigation is being led by Trooper Travis Vandrew.
