Car Crash Carroll County Virginia in Carroll County, Virginia: A southbound pickup on Interstate 77 in Carroll County, Virginia struck a deer on Sunday, ejecting two occupants. A minivan driven by 60-year-old Lee Gaddies of Charlotte then lost control and hit the two ejected people. Candance Keith, 37, of Wytheville died at the scene and the other ejected passenger was seriously injured. Gaddies faces one count of reckless driving and was hospitalized with injuries. State Police are investigating.
