Assault Phoenix Arizona in Phoenix, Arizona: Phoenix police were called Thursday night to an area near a canal and found 33-year-old Aaron Goodyke, a diabetic amputee, dead in a wheelchair with his hands and chest tied to it with plastic bags. Investigators said witnesses saw Goodyke tied up and mumbling earlier that evening on the other side of the canal before he was found dead. Police arrested 41-year-old Hector Corrales on suspicion of kidnapping and first-degree murder, and a second unidentified man is also accused of restraining Goodyke and wheeling him away from a home toward the canal.
