Hit And Run Washington District Of Columbia in Washington, District of Columbia: A person was hospitalized after being intentionally struck by a vehicle in Northwest, D.C., early Sunday morning around 5 a.m. Police video showed a gray sedan turn around and hit the victim in the 4600 block of New Hampshire Avenue. The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries and the driver fled the area.
