Car Crash Orem Utah in Orem, Utah: Marco Arana was working in his mother-in-law Shiree Best's basement in Orem, Utah on a Tuesday evening when he suddenly felt ill from carbon monoxide poisoning caused by a cement cutter. Best noticed Arana lying on his back and called 911 for help, after which she also began feeling the effects of CO exposure. A carbon monoxide detector later measured CO levels at 172 parts per million in the basement. Both were expected to make a full recovery.
