One killed in head-on crash on U.S. Route 60 near Malden

Car Crash Early West Virginia in early, West Virginia: A driver was killed in an early morning head-on collision involving a tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle on U.S. Route 60 near Malden, east of Charleston in Kanawha County. The crash occurred at about 3:40 a.m. between Jonquil Drive and Burning Springs Road. The person in the passenger vehicle died at the scene. The eastbound lanes of the highway were closed following the wreck.
