A suspect initially stood outside the truck with his hands raised, then argued with officers and ran back into the driver's seat. Officer Michael Moore released K-9 Dash, who bit the suspect's leg, but the suspect drove away, dragging the K-9 a significant distance before Dash broke his grip.
