Shooting Orlando Florida in Orlando, Florida: A 25-year-old man identified as Devan Cameron Upshaw intervened to defend his sister during a brawl near the intersection of Church Street and Orange Avenue in downtown Orlando at approximately 2:30 a.m. on Sunday, June 28. While attempting to pistol-whip another individual, Upshaw's firearm accidentally discharged and struck his sister in the foot. She sustained a non-life-threatening injury and was transported to a local hospital. On Wednesday, July 1, the Orlando Police Department Fugitive Unit located Upshaw and arrested him on felony charges related to the incident.
