Police located the suspect vehicle and driver, O'Vante O'Lan Redding, near West Lake Mary Boulevard and Forest Boulevard. Redding was charged with DUI manslaughter, leaving the scene of a crash involving death, and vehicular homicide. The victim's identity has not been released.
