Hit And Run Lakeland Florida in Lakeland, Florida: A Lakeland man was arrested after deputies said he drove away from a crash involving an ambulance that was transporting a patient Tuesday morning around 9 a.m. on Harden Boulevard near Ariana Street. The ambulance was traveling north on Harden Boulevard and was not in emergency mode when a southbound white Volkswagen Jetta made a U-turn in front of it, entering the ambulance's lane and causing a collision. The Jetta did not stop after the crash. A paramedic riding in the back of the ambulance was taken to a hospital with a minor neck injury. Gregory McManus was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of a crash with injury and resisting without violence.
