Knoxville man charged after breaking delivery vehicle winds…
Assault Knoxville Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee: A 50-year-old Knoxville man, Christopher Pennington, was charged with two counts of aggravated assault, child abuse, and vandalism after he allegedly smashed his hands onto the front windshield of a delivery vehicle on Wrights Ferry Road, breaking the glass. Pennington and a child inside the delivery vehicle were cut by the broken glass. Pennington later came outside with a shotgun but did not point it at anyone, and the driver called 911 from a nearby home. Deputies with the Knox County Sheriff's Office responded after the incident.
