Police Pursuit Crash Hermitage Pennsylvania in Hermitage, Pennsylvania: Derek Jeziorkowski, a 38-year-old Hermitage Police Department officer, allegedly chased an SUV and performed a PIT maneuver around 9:30 p.m. on Friday, June 26, following an incident involving his son at a Walmart in Greenville, Pennsylvania. The SUV went off the roadway, struck an anchor wire of a utility pole and a tree, then flipped over. Four victims were inside the SUV — three 18-year-olds and one 33-year-old — and two were taken to the hospital with suspected serious bodily injuries. Jeziorkowski, who was off duty at the time, was placed on leave by Chief Adam Piccirillo.
