Car Crash Ephrata Washington in Ephrata, Washington: Five people were injured after a minivan rollover crash on State Route 17 near Ephrata, Washington on Wednesday morning just after 6:30 a.m. Washington State Patrol said the minivan, driven by 51-year-old Ramiro Gonzalez Gomez of Moses Lake, suffered a mechanical failure, left the roadway, struck the dirt shoulder, and rolled. Troopers cited Gonzalez Gomez for driving without a license and without insurance; intoxicants were not a factor. The highway was blocked for several hours.
