Car Crash Elgin Texas in Elgin, Texas: Elgin police, fire and EMS crews responded to a welfare check at 108-A Anderson Dr. around 12:44 p.m. on Tuesday and found Sonya Martinez Guerra, 55, dead with obvious trauma to her body. Detectives identified Christopher Vargas, 33, as a person of interest in the case.
