Dump truck rollover crash kills 61-year-old Victoria Wagner…

Car Crash Appleton Wisconsin in Appleton, Wisconsin: On June 18, 2026, a heavy-duty tow truck exiting northbound Wisconsin Highway 441 onto a ramp entered the median, struck a light pole, and became detached from the dump truck it was pulling. The dump truck then rolled over and struck a vehicle driven by 61-year-old Victoria Wagner of Menasha. Wagner was pronounced dead at the scene. Appleton Police and Wisconsin State Patrol continue to investigate the crash.
