Hit And Run Kern California in Kern, California: Andrian Ariza Nucup, 36, of San Bernardino, was driving a 2024 Subaru Impreza northbound on Interstate 5 north of Highway 43 in Kern County when he veered into the dirt center median and struck a concrete barrier. The vehicle went airborne approximately 150 feet before hitting another concrete wall and catching fire. Nucup was pronounced dead at the scene. The Kern County Coroner's Office identified him following the June 25 crash.
