Car Crash New York Today in New York: A 28-year-old race car driver died after crashing at Adirondack International Speedway on Saturday at 3:15 p.m. According to New York State Police, Jared Maguire was on the track in a 1992 Nissan 240SX when he lost control and struck a guard rail. Maguire died at the track. A 34-year-old passenger, Victor Nunes of Schenectady, was treated for minor injuries and released by EMS. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
