Hit And Run Florida Today in Florida: A car struck a County of Volusia fire truck that was stopped along International Speedway Boulevard while crews responded to a separate single-vehicle rollover crash. The driver fled west on ISB toward DeLand, passing cars in the grass and shoulder and nearly crashing several times. After reaching DeLand, the driver stopped briefly to let out two passengers, then continued fleeing. The driver attempted to pass traffic at Amelia Avenue, hit a culvert, crashed into a pole, and bailed out of the vehicle.
