Dui Crash Monroe New York in Monroe, New York: Shortly after 2 a.m. on Saturday, June 27, a vehicle traveling south on Lakes Road in the Village of Monroe veered off to the left shoulder and struck a utility pole, a vehicle parked in the driveway of a residence, and a second utility pole before rolling over. The driver, identified as Horaz, 50, of Newburgh, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and ticketed for vehicle and traffic law violations. He was transported to Garnet Health Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries and was released. The property owner, Edwin Morales, said it was the third car he had lost at the same location.
