Boating Accident Lake Erie Butler Pennsylvania in Lake Erie Butler, Pennsylvania: A 63-year-old Butler County man died in a boating accident on Lake Erie off Erie Bluffs State Park in Pennsylvania. A boat carrying five men began taking on water a few miles from the park around 8 a.m. Tuesday. The Erie County coroner identified the victim as David Rodgers, of Chicora, and ruled his death an accidental drowning.
