Drowning Menands New York in Menands, New York: Harbe Nagi, a 7-year-old boy, was reported missing at 4:20 p.m. on Sunday in Menands after he vanished while visiting friends with his mother on Park Drive. After a two-day search involving state and local police and volunteers, his body was found Tuesday in a fenced swimming pool behind a home two doors away from where he had been visiting. Menands Police Lt. Kevin Schwebke said the death was ruled an accidental drowning with no evidence of foul play, and that the cloudy chemical content of the water had obscured the boy's body from officers who searched the pool multiple times.
