Car Crash Appleton Wisconsin in Appleton, Wisconsin: A 61-year-old Victoria Wagner of Menasha was killed on June 18, 2026, in a crash in Appleton, Wisconsin. Police said a heavy-duty wrecker towing a dump truck exited northbound WI 441 onto East Calumet Street, left the roadway, and entered the median, causing the towed dump truck to detach. The dump truck then overturned and struck a vehicle stopped in westbound traffic on Calumet Street. Wagner, the sole occupant of the struck vehicle, died at the scene. The Appleton Police Department and Wisconsin State Patrol are continuing to investigate.
