Car Crash Sherman Oaks California in Sherman Oaks, California: A 28-year-old man was killed in a single-vehicle crash into a pole along a winding road in Sherman Oaks. The crash was reported at about 1 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Sepulveda Boulevard and Valley Meadow Road, just west of the San Diego (405) Freeway, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. He was pronounced dead at the scene by Los Angeles Fire Department personnel. The LAPD's Valley Traffic Division was investigating the crash.
