Shooting Jackson Michigan in Jackson, Michigan: A 16-month-old toddler was accidentally shot in the stomach inside an apartment in Jackson, Michigan, on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, and was taken to C.S. Mott Children's Hospital in Ann Arbor. Police said the shooting was accidental and arrested a 25-year-old Jackson man for violating Michigan's Safe Storage Law.
