Drowning Lake Mills Wisconsin in Lake Mills, Wisconsin: A 14-year-old boy from Madison died after being reported missing while swimming at Sandy Beach Park in Lake Mills. Officials responded to the scene around 3:19 p.m. on June 28, and the Lake Mills Dive Team located and removed the boy from the water at 3:51 p.m. Despite lifesaving efforts by medical personnel, the boy was pronounced dead at the scene. The Lake Mills Police Department is investigating the incident, and officials said the teen was not wearing a personal flotation device and there is no indication the incident was anything other than an accident.
